M/S 雜誌（以下簡稱「本服務」）重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們在您使用本 App 時所收集的資料、用途，以及您對自身資料的權利。
一、收集的資料
當您使用本服務時，我們可能收集下列資訊：
- — 帳號資訊：您註冊時提供的電子郵件與顯示名稱。
- — 預約資訊：彩排空間預約所填寫的姓名、聯絡方式、介紹內容、宣傳照片與 Rider 檔案。
- — 使用資料：裝置類型與操作紀錄，用於改善服務體驗。
二、資料用途
- — 審核與管理您的彩排空間預約。
- — 寄送預約確認、通道規劃與活動通知。
- — 在公開行程頁面展示您提供的音樂人介紹與宣傳內容。
我們不會將您的個人資料出售或出租予第三方。
三、資料保留與刪除
您的資料將於預約期間保留，並於不再需要時刪除。您可隨時於 Settings 頁面使用「刪除帳號」功能，系統將立即刪除您與本服務相關之所有資料，包含預約與帳號資訊，且無法復原。
四、第三方服務
本服務內含外部連結（如 Instagram、試聽音樂平台），這些平台各有其獨立的隱私政策，我們不對其資料處理方式負責。

M/S Magazine ("the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this app, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Data We Collect
When using the Service, we may collect:
- — Account information: the email and display name you provide upon registration.
- — Booking information: name, contact, introduction, promotional photos and rider files submitted for rehearsal space bookings.
- — Usage data: device type and activity logs used to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
- — To review and manage your rehearsal space bookings.
- — To send booking confirmations, channel plans and event notifications.
- — To display the musician profile and promotional content you provide on our public schedule.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for the duration of your bookings, and deleted when no longer needed. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page using the "Delete Account" function. This instantly and irreversibly removes all of your data associated with the Service, including bookings and account information.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service contains links to external platforms (e.g. Instagram, music streaming). These platforms have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
